At the moment, we are unable to process returns for purchases made from any other outlet.
Please find below the conditions for return or exchange of products:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mykonos Heat products! If you feel that a product you purchased doesn’t perform the way you want or expect, please let us know. We’d love to hear your feedback. There is a 14 day deadline from the date of reception of goods by the customer to the day of return of the item(s). We will not accept returns for any item that bears signs of wear or damage. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.
For all returns, customer’s request must be sent via email to our email address customerservice@mykonosheat.com. We will be sending you all relevant information regarding your return.Please note that the cost of returning items must be covered by the customer.
Late Returns: Item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving an order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Mykonos Heat and may only be refunded as a store credit. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed by the bank.
